CLASS DESCRIPTION
This is a 6 week group class and a continuation of the Winter group class.

Over the course of 6 weeks we will reinforce the vocal technique we previously learned including the three main vocal registers (chest voice, head voice and mixed voice), breath support and breath management, and nasal resonance. We will explore brand new vocal technique including "twang", "vibrato" and "vocal anatomy". Like the previous class, we will also work on vocal performance including how to emotionally interpret a song and how to convey that through their voice. Each singer will work on a new song or two over the six weeks and will get to work with Nicky one on one!
MEET YOUR INSRUCTOR
Nicky is a voice teacher, vocal coach and musical theatre composer. She is a graduate of New York Vocal Coaching's Voice Training and Teacher Certification Program under master vocal teacher Justin Stoney. She recently received a certificate of achievement for Natalie Weiss' "Breaking Down The Riffs" course. Nicky has been privileged to have been mentored by Tony and Grammy award winner Lin-Manuel Miranda and to have worked with musical theatre legend Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Godspell). TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
If possible, please use a computer as opposed to a phone or an Ipad. A strong internet connection is required. Specific Zoom settings will be emailed to you ahead of time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no make up lessons or alternate times available.
REFUND POLICY
Once made, payments for the online group singing class are non refundable, noncancelable and non transferable.
